Refund Policy

We strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience using our virtual assistant services. In the unlikely event that you’re not satisfied with the services you have received, our refund policy is as follows:

 

1. Refund for incomplete services: If the services you received are incomplete or not delivered as promised, we will issue a full refund or provide a new service free of charge, whichever is preferred by the customer.

 

2. Refund for unsatisfactory services: If you are not satisfied with the services you have received due to quality or other issues, please let us know as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and if we are unable to do so, we will issue a partial refund.

 

3. Refund for duplicate payments: In the event of duplicate payments due to technical errors, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge(s).

 

4. Refunds due to cancellations: If you cancel a service before it is started or completed, we will issue a full refund for

the amount paid.

5. Refunds for services not rendered: If a service cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund for the amount paid.

6. Refunds for non-delivery of service: If a service could not be delivered despite all reasonable attempts, we will issue a full refund for the amount paid.

Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process and are subject to our discretion.
